We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.
To request a refund: Email contact@alvotrix.com with your order ID or the email used at checkout. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.
Subsequent subscription renewals are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law.
EU — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal
Under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, without providing any reason.
To exercise this right, contact contact@alvotrix.com before the 14-day period expires. If you have already used the service, a proportionate charge may apply.
UK — 14-Day Cancellation Right
Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK consumers have a 14-day cancellation period from the date of purchase.

- Subscription renewals after the initial 30-day guarantee period
- Accounts terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- Partial-month cancellations (subscription remains active until end of billing period)

You can cancel at any time via your My AlvoTriX dashboard or by emailing contact@alvotrix.com.
