30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee for first-time subscribers. If you are not satisfied within 30 days of your initial purchase, contact us for a full refund — no questions asked.

To request a refund: Email [email protected] with your order ID or the email used at checkout. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days.

Subsequent subscription renewals are non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer protection law.

EU — 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

Under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), EU consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the date of purchase, without providing any reason.

To exercise this right, contact [email protected] before the 14-day period expires. If you have already used the service, a proportionate charge may apply.

Consumer dispute resolution: Consumers may contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (ANPC), Bd. Aviatorilor 72, Sector 1, București, anpc.ro. Out-of-court settlement is also available through the alternative dispute resolution (SAL) entities recognised by ANPC.
