Disclaimer
Last updated: March 14, 2026 · Rolaxit Innovation LTD, United Kingdom
1. General Disclaimer
AlvoTriX is a supplementary safety monitoring tool designed to assist Guardians in observing biometric and environmental data from Wearers via compatible wearable devices. AlvoTriX is NOT a medical device as defined under EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) 2017/745, NOT an emergency response service, and NOT a substitute for professional healthcare, law enforcement, or emergency services.
The information, data, alerts, and reports provided through the AlvoTriX platform are intended solely as supplementary tools to support — not replace — the judgment and actions of Guardians, healthcare professionals, and emergency responders. Users should never rely exclusively on AlvoTriX for any health, safety, or emergency decision.
Age Appropriateness: AlvoTriX wearable monitoring is designed for children aged 4 and above, teens, adults, and seniors. Wearable devices may pose choking or strangulation hazards for very young children; always follow the device manufacturer's age recommendations and safety guidelines. Guardians are responsible for ensuring age-appropriate use of all wearable devices.
2. No Medical Advice
All data, alerts, risk scores, trend analyses, and reports generated by AlvoTriX are strictly informational in nature. They do not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or therapeutic guidance of any kind. AlvoTriX is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or medical condition.
AlvoTriX has not been cleared or approved by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), has not received CE marking as a medical device under EU MDR 2017/745, and is not registered as a medical device in any jurisdiction. Always consult qualified healthcare professionals for any medical concerns, symptoms, or conditions identified through or outside of the AlvoTriX platform.
AlvoTriX is also not registered with the UK Medicines and Healthcare products Regulatory Agency (MHRA), Health Canada, the Australian Therapeutic Goods Administration (TGA), or the Brazilian ANVISA as a medical device.
3. Detection Limitations
AlvoTriX uses artificial intelligence for anomaly detection across its 8 Safety Modules (Heart Rate Monitoring, Stress Detection, Fall Detection, Ambient Noise Analysis, GPS Safety Zones, Activity Monitoring, Sleep Analysis, and Emergency SOS). All AI-based detection is probabilistic in nature — it is not guaranteed to detect every event, nor is it guaranteed to be accurate in every instance. Both false positives (alerting when no real event occurred) and false negatives (failing to alert when a real event occurred) can and do occur.
Detection accuracy is affected by numerous factors including but not limited to: proper device fit and skin contact quality, wearable device battery level, Bluetooth connection stability between the wearable and the paired smartphone, internet and mobile network connectivity, cloud server availability, environmental interference (electromagnetic, physical obstructions), extreme temperatures, perspiration, movement artifacts, and the inherent limitations of consumer-grade wearable sensors.
4. Technology Limitations
The AlvoTriX service depends on a chain of technologies, each with inherent limitations: (a) wearable device hardware — sensor accuracy varies by manufacturer, model, and wear conditions; (b) Bluetooth connection — data transmission between the wearable and smartphone requires active Bluetooth pairing within range; (c) internet connectivity — data upload to AlvoTriX servers requires an active mobile data or Wi-Fi connection on the paired smartphone; (d) cloud server infrastructure — processing and alert generation depend on server availability and performance.
GPS accuracy varies depending on satellite visibility, urban environments, indoor positioning, and device capabilities — location data should be treated as approximate. Battery life on wearable devices directly affects monitoring continuity; when the battery is depleted, no data is collected or transmitted. The Ambient Noise Analysis module measures decibel levels only and does NOT record, store, or transmit any audio content.
Force Majeure: AlvoTriX shall not be liable for any failure or delay in service caused by events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to: natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, cyberattacks, telecommunications failures, cloud provider outages, or changes in applicable law or regulation.
5. No Emergency Service Replacement
AlvoTriX does NOT automatically contact emergency services (112, 911, 999, or any other emergency number) under any circumstances. When the system detects a potential emergency, it sends SMS, email, and/or push notification alerts to the designated Guardian(s) — NOT to emergency services or first responders. Alert delivery depends on network conditions and is not guaranteed to be immediate or reliable.
In any life-threatening situation or medical emergency, users and Guardians must always call emergency services directly. AlvoTriX is not designed, intended, or capable of replacing emergency response infrastructure. Do not delay contacting emergency services because you are waiting for or relying on an AlvoTriX alert. Every second counts in a genuine emergency.
6. AI & Automated Analysis
All AI-generated insights, risk scores, severity classifications (low, medium, high, critical), trend analyses, and natural-language reports produced by AlvoTriX are probabilistic assessments based on statistical patterns and machine learning models. They are NOT diagnoses, NOT definitive determinations of health or safety status, and should NOT be treated as such.
AI models may produce incorrect, misleading, or incomplete assessments. Risk scores may overestimate or underestimate actual conditions. Severity classifications are algorithmic estimates that may not accurately reflect the true nature or urgency of a situation. Human judgment by qualified individuals (Guardians, healthcare professionals, emergency responders) is always required when interpreting and acting upon AlvoTriX data and alerts.
7. User Responsibility
As a Guardian (account holder), you acknowledge and accept the following responsibilities: (a) independently verify all alerts and data before taking or refraining from taking action; (b) obtain and maintain valid, informed consent from each Wearer (or their legal representative) for monitoring; (c) ensure the wearable device is properly worn and maintained according to the manufacturer's instructions; (d) keep emergency contact information current and accurate in your account settings; (e) never rely solely on AlvoTriX for the safety, health, or wellbeing of any Wearer.
AlvoTriX is designed to be one component within a broader, comprehensive approach to safety and care. It supplements — but must never replace — direct supervision, professional medical care, in-person safety measures, and established emergency response procedures. The Guardian retains full responsibility for the safety and welfare of the Wearer at all times.
Guardians must comply with all applicable laws regarding surveillance and monitoring of individuals in their jurisdiction. Some jurisdictions restrict or prohibit monitoring of minors above certain ages without the minor's own consent, or impose specific requirements for location tracking. It is the Guardian's sole responsibility to ensure lawful use.
8. Third-Party Devices & Services
AlvoTriX is designed to be compatible with select third-party wearable devices (smartwatches, fitness bands, smart rings). We do not manufacture, control, or warrant the hardware, software, firmware, sensor accuracy, build quality, or operational reliability of any third-party wearable device. The performance, accuracy, and availability of data from these devices are subject to their respective manufacturers' specifications and limitations.
Third-party device manufacturers' warranties, terms of service, and support policies apply separately and independently from AlvoTriX. Any issues with wearable device hardware or firmware should be directed to the respective device manufacturer. AlvoTriX is not responsible for data loss, inaccuracies, or service interruptions caused by third-party device failures, software updates, or discontinuations.
9. External Links
The AlvoTriX website, dashboard, and related materials may contain hyperlinks to third-party websites, resources, or services that are not owned or controlled by AlvoTriX or Rolaxit Innovation LTD. We are not responsible for the content, accuracy, privacy practices, security measures, or availability of any external websites or resources.
The inclusion of any external link does not imply endorsement, sponsorship, or recommendation by AlvoTriX. Users access external websites at their own risk and should review the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party site before providing personal information or engaging with their services.
10. No Guarantee of Outcomes
AlvoTriX does not guarantee the prevention, detection, or mitigation of harm, injury, illness, or death. No monitoring system — regardless of how advanced — is infallible. Technology failures, environmental factors, human error, and unforeseeable circumstances can all affect the effectiveness of any monitoring solution.
AlvoTriX is intended to serve as one layer within a comprehensive, multi-layered approach to safety. It should be used in conjunction with — never as a replacement for — direct personal supervision, professional medical care, community safety resources, established emergency protocols, and common-sense safety practices.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the total aggregate liability of Rolaxit Innovation LTD ("AlvoTriX") arising from or in connection with the use of the AlvoTriX platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. In no event shall AlvoTriX be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or damages arising from reliance on the service.
This limitation of liability does not apply to: (a) liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence; (b) liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; (c) any liability that cannot be excluded or limited under mandatory consumer protection laws, including the EU Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), UK Consumer Rights Act 2015 and Unfair Contract Terms Act 1977, US state consumer protection statutes, Brazilian Consumer Defence Code (CDC), and Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where applicable law prohibits the exclusion or limitation of certain liabilities, our liability shall be limited to the fullest extent permitted.
