What we typically respond to
The AlvoTriX team handles five main categories of incoming messages, with typical response times listed below:

- Sales and pricing — bundle questions, custom enterprise plans, education or care-home discounts — usually within 24 hours.
- Partnership and integration — wearable manufacturers, distributors, healthcare orgs interested in collaboration — usually within 48 hours.
