Use this form to request deletion of your entire AlvoTriX account or of one Wearer and their associated service data. You may also submit a deletion request through MyAlvoTriX or by contacting our privacy address.
What may be retained: We may retain limited invoices, payment records, security records or information required for legal obligations or legal claims. These records are restricted to that purpose and are not used for monitoring, profiling or marketing.
We have recorded your deletion request. This message confirms receipt, not completion of deletion. We may contact you to verify your identity and the scope of the request. After verification, access and new data collection will be stopped and the deletion process will begin. You will receive a separate confirmation describing what was deleted, what remains temporarily in backup rotation and any limited records retained because of a legal obligation.
