1. Manage the people you protect
Every person you look after appears as a wearer on your dashboard, with their own name, profile and emergency contacts. One account can hold a whole family — a child, a grandparent and a partner all visible from the same screen.
2. Assign protections per person
You buy the protections you want and then assign them to whoever needs them. A child might get Anti-Bullying and Panic & SOS; a grandparent might get Fall Detector and Health Crisis. Everything you have purchased shows up in MyAlvoTriX, ready to assign — and you can move or change protections at any time.
3. Receive alerts that reach you anywhere
When something matters, AlvoTriX sends an alert with a tappable location. Crucially, the most important alerts go out by SMS over the mobile network, so a basement, a rural road or a Wi-Fi outage will not silence a real emergency. MyAlvoTriX also keeps a clear history so nothing gets lost.
4. Read plain-language AI reports
Instead of dumping raw charts on you, MyAlvoTriX turns the wearable's signals into sentences a human can act on — sleep, heart-rhythm trends, stress patterns, activity. The point is not a graph; the point is understanding.
5. Ask Alvo Chat anything
Built into the dashboard is an AI assistant. Ask it questions about a wearer's data in plain language — "How did Mum sleep this week?" — and it answers from that person's own readings.

Privacy: what MyAlvoTriX does and does not see
AlvoTriX reads body signals from the wearable — heart rhythm, movement, sleep. It does not read your messages, calls, photos, contacts or browsing. Most AI decisions run on the device itself, and your data is stored on EU servers in line with GDPR. You can export or delete your data from MyAlvoTriX at any time.
